At Aperturee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made products and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process

Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
